Meat The Team: Tori

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on one of our Front of House stars — Tori!

Tori has been with us since 2022 and has become a familiar, friendly face to so many of our guests. Always welcoming, always upbeat, and always ready to help, she brings a brilliant energy to every shift. With her mum, Kirsty, also part of the team, The Falcon truly runs in the family.

Life Beyond The Falcon

When Tori isn’t looking after guests and running plates with speed and a smile, she’s usually found embracing her biggest passion — equestrian. She spends much of her free time riding and caring for her two favourite horses: Snippy, a sleek black beauty, and Dave, her other beloved companion. (You’ll spot photos of them in this post!)

Naturally, we had to ask Tori about her go-to picks from the menu. Here’s what she chose:

What Tori Loves About The Falcon

For Tori, The Falcon is a place filled with good energy — and she brings plenty of that herself. Even though she summed it up simply, her time here says a lot more. Tori genuinely enjoys meeting new people, chatting with guests, and helping create the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere we’re known for.

She’s naturally bubbly, always smiling, and has a real talent for making everyone — regulars and first-timers — feel at home the moment they walk through the door. And of course, working alongside a supportive, close-knit team (including her mum, Kirsty!) makes every shift even better.

As she puts it:
