Over the next few weeks, we’ll be stepping behind the pass to serve up a special menu designed exclusively for The Maxi Lounge — featuring the same Falcon quality, locally-sourced ingredients, and signature flavours that make us who we are. Serving times at Maxi Lounge: 11am-2pm & 5pm-9pm

Each week, The Maxi Lounge kitchen plays host to different independent food creators — and when it’s our turn, expect bold, comforting dishes with a Falcon twist, crafted to pair perfectly with Maxi’s cocktails and relaxed late-lounge vibe.
