This week we’re introducing Lucie King as part of our Meat The Team Tuesday series!
Lucie’s journey with The Falcon is a little different from most. Before she ever joined the team, she was one of our loyal “Top Fan” customers on Facebook, following our updates and cheering us on from the sidelines. A few years later, she made the move from guest to teammate — and with her wealth of hospitality experience, she quickly became a natural fit. Since then, Lucie has been a real asset to the team, bringing both professionalism and warmth to every shift.

Life Beyond The Falcon
Lucie’s background isn’t just in hospitality — she also spent a decade working in childcare before making the switch. Family remains a big part of her world today, with her daughter Mya at the heart of it all. Thanks to flexible hours at The Falcon, Lucie balances her role with precious time at home, ensuring she gets the best of both worlds.

What Lucie Loves About The Falcon
For Lucie, the best part of working at The Falcon is the people:
“I enjoy the social interactions and the chance to work with a diverse group of people. Before this, I spent a decade in childcare. My colleagues are very friendly, enthusiastic, and take great pride in their work, making this a wonderful place to be. The hours are extremely flexible, allowing me to spend much needed quality time with my daughter Mya.”
A Final Word
From customer to colleague, Lucie’s journey shows just how much The Falcon is built on community and connection. We’re proud to have her as part of our team — and next time you see her, don’t forget to say hello!
