Celebrating 10 Years of Phil at The Falcon Steakhouse

Today we want to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Phil — who this week celebrates an incredible 10 years with us here at The Falcon Steakhouse.

Phil started out with us as a kitchen porter all those years ago with us originally, but over the past decade he’s become absolutely integral to everything we do.

From creating and managing our website, to designing our menus and posters, and from running our social media to masterminding our legendary monthly quiz nights, Phil’s creativity and dedication are behind so much of what makes The Falcon special.

He’s one of those rare people who just gets things done — always bringing fresh ideas, care, and passion to everything he touches.

We honestly couldn’t imagine The Falcon without him.
