This week, we’re introducing Francesca Barton. Fran has been part of our team for three years, and as one of our waitresses, she’s become a familiar and much-loved face in the dining room. Known for her fun personality and sense of humour, she helps create the welcoming, light-hearted atmosphere that makes The Falcon what it is.

While Fran’s role at The Falcon keeps her busy, it’s her big personality and good-natured banter that really shine through. She’s all about connecting with guests, sharing a laugh with her colleagues, and helping create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back.


Fran’s Falcon Favourites

When asked about her go-to order at The Falcon, Fran didn’t hesitate:

  • Starter: Grilled Pitta Bread & Hummus

  • Steak: 10oz Fillet, cooked Medium-Rare

  • Regular Sides: Pesto Roasted Plum Tomato & Buttered Tenderstem

  • Large Side: Skinny Fries

  • Sauce & Extras: Falcon Beef Dripping

  • Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding

  • Drink of Choice: Whitley Neill Raspberry (DOUBLE) with Fever Tree Ginger Ale


What Fran Loves About The Falcon

“My favourite thing about The Falcon is everyone’s strange sense of humour, the fun working atmosphere and our motivation to be the best of the best. I thoroughly enjoy working with my colleagues who make it all enjoyable.”
