Meat The Team: Emily

This week we’re introducing Emily — though most of us just call her Em!

Emily has a long history with us, starting all the way back in the Pear Tree Steakhouse days, a remarkable 14 years ago. This past year, she returned to join us here in Wotton, helping to make sure everything is running just right. With her wealth of experience, high standards, and friendly approach, she’s an incredible part of our Falcon family.

Em is also a fantastic mum of two beautiful kids, and her warmth and positivity shine through in everything she does. Always smiling and always ready with her infectious laugh (which many say is straight out of The Flintstones thanks to its Betty Rubble resemblance), Em makes every shift brighter for staff and guests alike.

Life Beyond The Falcon

When she’s not keeping everything in check at The Falcon, Em is a devoted mum who loves spending time with her children. Her dream day off? Simple — a day at the beach with the kids. Sunshine, sand, and family time.

She also has a fun side, whether she’s listening to Craig David on Spotify or joking about how she “ages like one of the Cullens from Twilight.” (We’ll let you be the judge of that one!)
