Meat The Team: Cheryl

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on one of the newest faces in our Front of House team — Cheryl!

Cheryl joined The Falcon Steakhouse back in January 2026 and has quickly become a brilliant part of the team. Friendly, hardworking, and always up for a laugh, she’s settled straight into Falcon life — and if you’ve visited recently, there’s a good chance you’ve already seen her bringing great energy to the restaurant.

Whether she’s greeting guests, running food, or having a laugh with the team behind the scenes, Cheryl’s positive attitude has made her a fantastic addition to The Falcon family.

Life Beyond The Falcon

When Cheryl isn’t working at The Falcon, life is anything but quiet. At home, she’s busy looking after her three children, eight dogs, and one cat — so it’s fair to say she’s always on the go!

She’s hugely passionate about dog training and also spends time working on local farms, helping care for sheep and cattle. Between family life, animals, and work, Cheryl definitely knows how to keep busy.

And 2026 is set to be an even more special year for her, as she’ll soon be marrying her fiancé, Ryan 💍

Fun fact? Her best friend is Jack… who also happens to be her brother 😅

What Cheryl Loves About The Falcon

For Cheryl, one of the best parts about working at The Falcon is the atmosphere behind the scenes. The team, the banter, and the day-to-day energy all make it a place she genuinely enjoys being part of.

That sense of personality and teamwork is something guests often notice too. There’s always laughter coming from somewhere, and Cheryl fits perfectly into the welcoming, relaxed environment we aim to create for everyone who walks through the door.

As Cheryl puts it:
