Whether she’s chatting with customers, helping behind the bar, or bringing great energy to the restaurant floor, Samantha has quickly become a valued part of The Falcon team.
Warm, welcoming, and always up for a laugh, she’s the kind of person who helps make the atmosphere here feel relaxed and friendly from the moment guests walk through the door.
Life Beyond The Falcon
Outside of work, Samantha’s life is just as busy.
She’s a proud mum to four boys — Ben, Jimmy, Dexter and Vinnie 🩵 — and alongside family life, she’s also been heavily focused on renovating her home after buying a house last year.
When she does manage to grab some downtime, Samantha loves anything creative. From drawing and artwork to coffee dates, nights out with friends, spending time with family, and getting back into fitness, she’s always keeping herself busy 💪
Creativity is a huge part of who Samantha is, and that personality shines through both inside and outside of work.
