We source the majority of our meat from our family farm based in Wotton-under-Edge, Ozleworth.
Our Stock Bull was chosen from the best Aberdeen Angus breeder in the country. Herds are kept in a low stress environment with safety, health, comfort, nourishment and humane handling all monitored and kept to the highest possible standard.
We have take-away deals from our meat counter in the restaurant. Hung for 28 days for maximum taste and tenderness. Please contact us for more information or feel free to pop in and take a look at what’s on offer! You can also choose your meat when ordering in the restaurant.
